CARAMEL POPCORN

Popcorn flavored with homemade caramel sauce that is sweet, crunchy and easy to make. You just will not share !

INGREDIENTS


1 packet popcorn plain ( I used the microwave version - 90 grams)

1/2 cup homemade caramel sauce / store bought version

INSTRUCTIONS


Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside. Heat the homemade caramel sauce lightly to the correct consistency if not made the same day.


Pop the popcorn either on the stove top or in the microwave. Place them place in a large bowl and get rid of all the unpopped kernels.


Drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the popcorn in the bowl. Use a spoon to gently fold the popcorn with the mixture until the kernels are all covered.

Place the caramel coated popcorn onto the tray and bake at 120 degree Celsius for about 45 to 50 minutes.


Let it cool completely and once cooled it will be crunchy. Enjoy !
